Néstor Almendros

This illustration was commissioned by Néstor Almendros Secondary School as a gift for retiring teachers. It was printed, framed, and given as a colorful keepsake.

There were a few indications about the elements that should appear: the buiding’s façade and outdoor sculpture, references to education and a nod to Néstor Almendros, the filmmaker after whom the school is named.
